Correspondence from Harold Eaton Wood to Aunt Dora and Charlotte Hobbs, spanning the years 1908 - 1943. Included are some World War I letters. Correspondence was in the home, no longer standing, of Frank & Helen Grimwood on West Lovell Road. According to Charles T. Wood's introduction to "Blueberries and Pusley Weed", Harold was raised by Charlotte and Dora Hobbs after his own mother died when he was seven. Located in a 10x12 clamshell archival storage box labelled Wood/Hobbs Correspondence. |
