Left to Right: Farnham Brooks, Betty Brooks, Mr. & Mrs. Brooks, Buddy Brooks, Curt Brooks, Mary Brooks, June Brooks. The photo was used in the publication "The Lovell News" with the following caption: "William C. Brooks (1886-1945), his wife Althea (Farnham) (1884-1974) and some of their family are pictured above. The family owned a farm on the main road in Center Lovell and operated a farm-summer hotel called "Brooks Farm". They moved to Augusta in 1937. From left to right: Farnham, Betty, William. Althea, Franklin, Curt, and Mary. The occasion was Curt and Mary’s wedding on July 7, 1938." |
